The North Brandon Shores community center is a great place to gather or to enjoy and day in the sun or pool. Additionally, for a nominal fee the clubhouse can be rented for a party or meeting. Go to the link below for applicable rules and guidelines:

Only NBSHOA members may rent the clubhouse.
Please clean up after yourself! Everyone using the pool, clubhouse, or bathrooms should clean up behind themselves. Don't leave a mess for your neighbors to clean up.
The pool will close for the winter the last Sunday of September.
