Lake
We are managing North Brandon Lake to be a trophy bass fishery which can be enjoyed by our Members. Even for Members that don't fish, this lake is a tremendous asset to our neighborhood that increases property values for everyone.
Pool and Clubhouse Guidelines
A Lake Committee has been formed to oversee the management of the Lake. See the committee page on this website for a list of the committee members. Please give any one of the Lake Committee members a call if you have any questions or suggestions about the Lake.

Reminders:
- Largemouth Bass smaller than 16" in length may be harvested up to a limit of 15 per person/per day. No largemouth bass over 16" in length should be harvested and should be returned to the water as quickly as possible.
- All guests MUST be accompanied by an Owner. 'Owners' include certain family members as outlined by Section 8.01 of the Covenants.
- All crappie and catfish regardless of size should be removed from the Lake.
- Bream harvest is limited to 10 per person/per day or 20 per boat/ per day.
- Decals are required on both sides near the front on all boats used on North Brandon Lake. Decals are also required on vehicles left at the boat launch area. This is a tremendous help to us in monitoring illegal use of the Lake by non-members. Decals can be obtained by contacting Brian Davidson or Mel Coxwell.
- Only Owners' boats are allowed on North Brandon Lake.
Please help us accomplish our objectives by following the guidelines that have been adopted by the Lake Committee.
